Bridal Silver Service will guarantee that your gown will be professionally cleaned, pressed and packaged using the safest and most effective practices available, whilst following your designers care labelling. What this means to you, is that we will assure you that your gown or ornaments will not be damaged, and remain in the most safe hands possible. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that all stains will be removed, however we assure you that we will keep making attempts to cleaning your gown, whilst we believe there is a chance to safely improve its condition.
We will care and respect your gown as if it were our own.
Please note, that in the absence of serviceable care labelling, all items are cleaned gently and cautiously, at the customer’s own risk.
