Terms and Conditions
- Garments are cleaned in accordance with the manufacturers care instructions. Any treatments contrary to this labelling, will only be conducted with the brides permission and at her own risk.
- All items submitted without serviceable care labelling will be processed at the customers own risk
- Payment in full is required upon completion of cleaning and prior to dispatch
- Monthly Storage Fees will be applied to all orders uncollected 2 months after completion of cleaning.
- Any uncollected orders after 6 months in storage, will be deemed “abandoned” and disposed of accordingly, if cleaning or storage fees are still outstanding.
- No guarantee of complete stain removal is provided. we can only do the best we can with what we have been presented. In certain instances, invisible stains may become apparent where garment cleaning is not attended to promptly, and stains have had a chance to age and oxidise.
- Payment in full is required regardless of finished result for services rendered.
- Agreement to proceed with our services will also mean agreement and acceptance of all the above T&Cs. * free pick up and delivery is extended if we are cleaning the gown.
- 50% cancellation fees apply if we are instructed to stop within 1 week of cleaning commencement.
